I’m currently 35 hoarder and 33 souls yet the clothing items are not unlocked in the clothing store. Please help.

@breechbangclear yea theres a few bugs like that I noticed I cant buy a few things ive unlocked . the guy in the store jsut says they cant find it right now or something .. also some days the items in the store have no names they jhsut have what i imagine is the coding like the eyepatch was like 1B506J3EIROTFMKNHIK. or something like that

The sea dog cosmetics only require order of souls reputation

Please send in a bug report via SupportI sent in a ticket days ago about the Royal Sovereign Trousers not unlocking. I basically got a polite "thanks for telling us", with no advice or any indication they were going to help remedy the issue. Honestly, you can't tell me that Rare doesn't have database edit tools. They could just go in and give the item to the people that show they could buy it.
@vilkatagrazioso they probably could but I expect cosmetics not unlocking aren’t as high on the ‘to do’ list as some of the other things than need sorting. You have a polite ‘thank you’ so it’s just down to waiting now I guess.
@breechbangclear I can confirm this is the case with the ceremonial admiral pants, to. (Also a level 33 item.) It lets me get other lvl 33 items from tge merchant alliance, though.
Just got to rank 33 with the Gold Hoarders today and was disappointed to find I was still locked out of purchasing the Royal Sovereign Trousers. Submitted a trouble ticket almost immediately, although at the time I thought the issue would be resolved in a few hours. Suprised and upset that it's apparently an issue for more people than just myself, and has been going on for days.

I don't know if it's coincidence, but my Royal Sovereign Trousers finally unlocked when I hit 36 and went to buy the Royal Sovereign Shirt. I checked the trousers every time I was in an outpost, and that was the time it unlocked. I suspect the trousers may be incorrectly flagged as a level 36 item in the database, but who knows.

Its amazing how they can charge £50 and the have the cheek to be adding a store in a few weeks on a game with not content that has a very long list of bugs :( and there are people talking about being ready to spend 1000's when the new items comes out, absolutely crazy! This s**t shouldn't be supported and this game needs to go back to early access asap until they sort there c**p out.
