    I received the codes for black dog pack and redeemed it however, my items are nowhere to be found?

    @maddogbrock Theres a post... somewhere... that says they are doing a patch that should fix this issue early next week. i forget where it is.
    However, if u dont have your code yet send in a ticket for one.

    Items should be in the clothing or vanity chests after you redeem the code. You can find them on your ship.

    Interestingly I preordered direct from the Microsoft Store where the pack applied automatically, and was ready for me in my clothes chest. A few friends preorder also via the same store but were sent messages via Xbox the item was applied.

    Other places to purchase like GameStop, amazon etc are meant to send redemption codes, from my understanding.

    I preordered the game on the Xbox store, they sent me a code roughly 2 days ago. However when I redeemed it I still don’t have the loot in my chests... I went back to the email and code and all it says is “this code has already been redeemed.” Any clues??

    RARE temporarily disabled DLC's and Achievements for xBox. It will be fixed with next patch which is expected early next week. Sit tight.

    @nightraven12345 yea I redeemed my code. But it showed up today out of no where in my vanity chest. Just took a few days to kick in I guess.

    What rare is saying about being aware is that not everyone has gotten their codes. I received mine and still nothing in chests. Kinda weird lol

    @ts-ghostscar they fixed the whole not having it in the chests part, but have yet t fix the fact lots of people dont have codes
