Not everyone got codes before launch but they have said they are still sending the codes out to people so if you haven't had yours yet you should receive it soon.
Missing DLC Items
There is also a server issue which was impacting people's ability to pick up their items in game, they have a fix which is expecting to be deployed with the next patch early next week.
