Grey Screen Crash On PC

I have done all of the recommended fixes for fixing the grey screen launch then crash bug going on with probably a few thousand people here I assume that is lost too. I have even tried on a MS account, moved to my C drive and then some. And still no luck when I am on pc and click the game icon to play. All it does is open on a grey screen with a small picture of some artwork, hangs for two or three seconds and it closes. I have done uninstall and re install, installed on another user account thats a MS account, install onto the C drive as I said and still nothing.
