So, since achievements is a big deal and really the way you "level up" in this game, have you all thought about leaderboards at all? I saw a recent post where SoT posted stats from alpha, like the deadliest ever pirate, etc...
Perhaps there could be weekly leaderboards that reset every, say, Tuesday. Could list a number of things. Top players for PvP, top treasure hunters, spent longest in the brig, longest distance sailed... etc... I don't know, could be many possibilities.
Perhaps also, maybe if another player kills you, you could place a bounty on their head of your choosing. Maybe eventually, other crews could get bounty missions for other real player.
