Not sure if this was intended, as I don’t see anything in the patch notes about it. However, I have noticed that rowboats are not saving after attaching to my sloop and logging off. When I rejoin, the rowboat is no longer attached to the ship.
I notice that a Reddit thread is starting to comment with other players having started to notice as well.
Is Rare aware? Was this intended? Is there a rationale for this, or is it just what it is now…
I have had this issue as well. I had Rowboats attached to every single ship in my Guild (10 ships total), and after the Season 20 update all of them except the ones on the Guild's two Brigantines vanished. I am pretty sure the issue was inadvertently introduced with the Season 20 update, as I had no trouble at all saving Rowboats to Sloops and Galleons before that update. It is almost certainly not intended behavior, as Brigantines appear to be unaffected, and they would also be having the Rowboats deleted instead of just Sloops and Galleons if it was actually intended. I have already submitted a support ticket to Rare, and I really hope this bug is patched soon, as I regularly use Rowboats.
