My little brother got banned for cheating, but he doesn't even used any cheats

    Hey!

    I don't really know what to do in this situation. Tonight my brother played hourglass and suddenly got banned, he was nearly crying. I opened the website that sea of thieves provided us to check the status: "Cheating/Hacking". I'm playing this game for like 5 years now and my brother for 3 years. He never cheated in any game, never wanted. He wasn't even toxic to other players but sometimes some players said they'll report him or us because they sunk.

    I hope someone can help me, it's really hard to see my little brother like this (i know its a game but its his favourite)
