Some hired NPC crew more for company, small tasks .

Sometimes solo sloop can feel lonely. What about varieties of hired NPC crew (people, ghost, skelly, animals) that plays music and talks about random lore and tips. Maybe a npc that fishes, helps carry cargo. Maybe for sloops and brigantine a npc can fill a crew slot to shoot or repair, not as accurate and slower repair time, could also take a percentage of profit as penalty for npc crew. longer they on the crew better they get, more money they take .. food for thought 🤔
