Following reports from other users, we believe that this issue is now resolved. In an attempt to claim the Lustrous Legend Flag through the Microsoft Rewards Punch Card System:
- Proceed to Microsoft Rewards
- Scroll down to the section 'Quests and punch cards'
- Rotate through the Carousel and select the Lustrous Legends Flag
- Click Claim Now on the Claim your reward section
- Your reward should now be available.
