Fix wheel fixing

When the wheel has damage it often doesn't let you grab it unless you aim at a specific part. Repairing uses left click and grabbing the wheel uses F, so there's no reason it can't show both commands, and always allow us to make the decision. I hate all the times I have tried to grab the wheel in the middle of an hourglass match and it refuses to let me unless I look off to the side or at the floor. You should be able to have both commands up at the same time so you can pick what to do, since they use different inputs.
