When can we get the ability to turn off tool tips and subtitles? We can turn off the unstable connection indicator, milestone popups, and we can make ocean rocks louder. I have pretty severe ADHD and the forced subtitles and tool tips ruin my experience. On by default is fine, but give us the option to turn them off since they are so distracting and often get in the way of things. I do not like having to wait to "learn" about crouching and hanging spots every time I jump to a new server.
