did it get removed, did i miss something? i even did gold hoarder tutorial to try fix. not appearing anything at limited voyages.

Don't know if it doesn't work with the tutorial voyages, but when I have this bug, starting and finishing a normal voyage (I do the two chest GH voyage for this) fixes it for me and I can do the Voyage of Luck (edit: the twitch voyage also appeared).
