I randomly got my reapoler emmisarry to grade 5 when I finished a random gold hoarders voyage but u didn't pick any of the treasure up I was at grade 1 at the start

For some reason reapers can level their flag very quickly now by doing some island pve stuff.

I assume it's a bug but imo it's more of an exploit given of much of an unintended advantage it can be in risk/reward.

But it's such basic pve that causes it I don't really put it on the players.

At some point I think it should be fixed but I don't see why anyone would get in any trouble for basic pve activity.

It's cheesy when specifically done for that reason but there are lots of people out there like yourself that had no idea what was going on with it. Just should get patched at some point.
