Educated guess as to what Hunter's Call level will be needed for the meg voyages?

To find one of the new megalodons, you need to have a Grade V Hunter’s Call emissary flag.

You could also find them randomly, but it will take a lot more time.

If the new emissary flag works like the regular trading companies, you will need Hunter’s Call level 15 to purchase the emissary flag.

If it works like Reaper’s Bones, you will just be able to purchase the emissary flag without being a certain level.

I say “if” as I haven’t gotten the chance to play the new season yet, so I apologize if I’m mistaken.

In this case, I mean the meg specific voyages they've not yet added to the game.

I know no one can know this for absolute certain as of now, but was wondering if anyone could make a guess based on past events added.
