I was running the Wild Rose tall tale, going around getting journals. When arriving upon lagoon of whispers. The island is changed due to the S13 update, with that said my tall tale journal was not there. How am I supposed to complete the tall tales and collect rewards if updates are ruining progression?

I looked everywhere for over an hour, tiny island. I also tried looking it up to no success.
I was in the general area so I went to search for it.
I found 5 things to read but none of them were the journal (I had the tall tale active)

The moved the headstones but not the bodies lol. It was in the same spot but the barrels they tell you to look for on the guides are gone. I used Rarethief.com to remind myself where it was.
I dove to the tale and talked to OoS at Sanctuary before going to look.
