Looking for an active, skilled guild to help me get better

I'm looking for a guild that's very active and is skilled in PvE and PvP. I'm not a TDM sweat but my naval is pretty good, specifically cannons and sloop helm. Brig helm I'm alright on. I've been trying to get good at TDMing, but my skills at TDMing are taking longer to develop than my naval skills. I want to guild who can teach me to get better at naval, TDMing, or both so I can grind better and better for the guild. Community is important to me. I don't like grinding for groups that are inactive or disorganized to the point I don't feel like I belong.
