I am trying to report 2 players who were aim-botting but the link here: https://support.seaofthieves.com/requests/new doesn't let you submit a support ticket. What is going on? Is there no support left for this game, can anyone hack because no one can report them?
The error is "cannot read properties of undefined (reading "BODY")" which I have no clue what it means, I have tried multiple different formats of the text I put in

If you are having troubles with creating a support ticket, please try these steps: log out, clear cache, log in and try creating the ticket again.
You can also try one of these: deleting your cookies, using incognito tab on your browser, trying with another browser.
Let us know if that works.
@jolaton I just tried those things, my friends also experienced this bug when they tried submitting the report. The issue is still present, I cannot make a support ticket.
Are you trying to upload a video to the ticket @anathema8808 ? If so, upload it to any online hosting website (Streamable, YouTube, etc) and put the link to the video in the description box. That solves the problem for some users.
@jolaton I didn't upload a video, I took it out to test if that was the problem. You cannot submit ANY REPORT OF ANY KIND it just gives me the error message I listed above.
@anathema8808 After removing the file you tried to upload, did you try reloading your browser, going back into the ticket system and file again but without the attachement?
