Every time I open the game, on steam, I need to enter my microsoft account info, and then approve the login via 2FA. Anyone have any ideas on fixing this that doesnt involve reinstalling the game?

@d3adst1ck not that exactly, but that gave me the idea to lookup where the credentials are saved.
and this ended up fixing the problem. I had to delete like 20 entries, lol.

Not really but used in a similar way.
MD5 is used to store a password for instance without people reading it knowing what your password is.
A token is more of a replacement what is used for an account/ password but is linked to in this case your xbox account and Steam one (as steam shouldn't get those details from xbox and other way around)maybe this image will help
