Player voices sped up?

    Good morning,

    I seem to have an odd chat issue i can't seem to solve, and I'm hoping that maybe someone else has experienced it and fixed it.

    I play on win 10, and whenever another player tries to talk to me from a console, their voice gets sped up like a chipmonk. If a player playing on another PC talks to me they sound normal. My voice sounds normal to all players.

    Does anyone have any idea what's going on and how to fix it? It's not fun having to constantly ask someone to repeat what they said during an all out ship battle, lol

    @sputtermcnab Have you tried raising a ticket with support as they should be able to help you figure out what's going on.

    Have you tried to update your audio driver? Sometimes issues occur when the audio driver is not updated properly.

    Ive tried all the basics, drivers, different headsets, etc. Nothing has helped so far.

    I haven't opened a ticket yet, but maybe I'll try that, although they may just give me a copy paste of the audio issues faq which wont help
