I just purchased the Shrouded Ghost Hunter pirate costume set.... I did not realize that the individual pieces could not be changed. Is there any way to get a refund for this?

@ohxthexhorror I don’t believe there is. And for all future reference, if it’s a costume, it’ll be how it’s shown in the preview menu.
Now i'm not confirming anything, or guaranteeing anything, but if you ask the support team nicely, and explain your issue, they could potentially do this for you. They swapped out a parrot I bought for a different one, a long time ago, but again, there's no guarantee they'll do it. It's really up to the support team. They're usually quite generous!
