I was wondering if more player activated should/or can be added to the game. Lets us PVP'ers have a little more fun :)
More Player Activated Events
Get rid of wealth sharing alliances then do whatever
as it is FOTD has burned itself out in the natural habitat of non manipulated servers. There are more events to take advantage of and players are more often realizing it's not worth their time.
So all they are is a very rare occurrence on a random server and alliances just take over servers and cheese them. I have no issue with players cheesing as long as it serves the overall environment. Player activated events aren't working as intended and are only serving people that are locking down the servers.
Make locking down servers less valuable and it'll make these types of events more active. FOTD needs to flourish for more player events to make sense
@alizim110 I like this "suggestion" but I'm a little hesitant to even call it a suggestion because you aren't really suggesting anything. Can you give more details, I saw a comment by @mferr11 about a fleet that sounds cool but still how would it be activated?
@lawnmoers my apologies, I guess this was a more generalised suggestion. I love the pvp ship battle idea. Another could be a pve activated event. Doesn't have to have as great of loot as FOTD or it could. I'm not sure how rare would balance this (I'm not a game dev by any means).
@lawnmoers I think a Fleet of the Damned event would be cool. Could take place where fleets used to take place. To start it there'd be a sunken ship in the middle of the area where you'd use the 6 flames of fate to light the ship's lanterns. Then a ritual skull would be placed on a skeleton at the wheel.
Fight would consist of skeleton ships, then end with a Skeleton Man O' War.
