Sea of Thieves will not launch

I recently downloaded Sea of Thieves (after 3 failed attempts it finally downloaded) and whenever I try to launch it, the window pops up and I see the logo like it's started but in under 5 seconds it always just closes. It is not running in the background in taskmanager it just...closes and will not launch. Please help. I've downloaded through the windows store for PC and so far I've had nothing but issues and I cannot play my game.
