Personalized server search or a server change warning

Add a custom server search function with filters on ping, region, number of players. If you really don't want to put a search on the server, at least implement a function where it tells us how many ships are present in the server, if in case there should be a migration of the server put a popup with the message of server migration. So we are at least warned of the change so we avoid doing certain activities where when we change servers we lose the loot.
