@piet-piraat4247 I never liked them when they were first introduced. Always seemed to aim bot me regardless of distance. I seem to remember getting shot through rocks and hulls by those guys too. When they were in a group it made me want to rub a cheese grater over my forehead. If they balanced them better then sure, but I just have a bad taste in my mouth still from there initial release.

They are still on Skellie Ships.
They were removed at the request of the pve community who thought they were OP. Pfft. Not really. They were a little more dangerous at distance than flintlock skellies but they didn't have good aim. A little side to side and they'd miss.

I like making fun of the skelle aim all the time but I'm 100% pro skelle diversity. I'm happy ashen skelle got a face lift, I'm happy I've been seeing the skelle from golden shore out in the world, and I'll be happy to scream at eye of reach skelle for coming back and not missing 🤣
Ey, as long as the EoR are set to the same aimbot level the flints are at it'll be fun!

It would be a real pain in the butt to have them snipe you when you climb up the ladder to your crowsnest while carrying one of these.
But I hated them anyway as they were too powerful to be a random thing.To have such skellys be available only on certain locations like a skellyship for example, gives them a much more distinct feel.
Some weapons are just too annoying (situationary) to become the norm.@odyssee-mit-tee Actually, Skeleton bullets can't blow up kegs. Skeleton slashes and swings, however, can.

Yes they can blow up kegs...but that's really rare they hit it when you carry them
