Can anyone help me figure out how to raise a support ticket request? I try clicking on the link but i just get sent to a page titled "Known issues during the sign up process on the website". Someone please help, i've been trying for ages to figure out how to get the link.

@nataksrb95 Looks like the URL that I originally posted was wonky due to my session at the time. It was trying to send to the login page with a return URL back to the support ticket.

This same link can be found following the path laid out by @Schwammlgott above.
Top Menu > Support > Status > Contact Support

Only thing I can think of is that it may be a session issue. Perhaps clearing your browser cache, trying Incognito/Private mode, or another browser all together.
I have seen similar issues posted and doing a quick search of the forum yields a bunch of results with the exact same issue. Unfortunately, they are all without any direct resolution to the problem.
Aside from that, and this being an unresolved issue for many in the past, it may be best to ask one of the @Deckhands directly to see if they can either help remedy the situation or create a ticket on your behalf.
