Now I know there's six lanterns you need to light to activate it, but do they have to be different colors or the same color? Thanks!
Question about new fort

First off you need to light the lanterns inside the fort with their corresponding colours from the Well of Fate from the Ferry of the Damned.
White - Lightning
Red - Fire
Blue - Shark
Green - Skeleton
Purple - Snake Poisoning
Pink - Another PlayerAnd then you will be able to place the ritual skull onto the skeleton in the cage to start the battle!
And there is no cooldown so as long as you have enough ritual skulls you can keep going!

Well, there's no rush to do this. The new fort is a permanent addition to the world. So you can plan to do it when you have plenty of time.
If you don't have a lot of time, just try and steal it from others instead!

Pretty decent idea, however, maybe swap out the pink with another one. If someone sunk you, chances are they killed you in the process. That there is an opportunity to get the pink right off the bat. The other ones aren't very hard to get, but might save a trip to a snake infested island or waiting on sharks in the water.@nabberwar said in Question about new fort:

The other ones aren't very hard to get, but might save a trip to a snake infested island or waiting on sharks in the water.@BlazeDrake100 An idea my crew had on keeping the harder lights were to light up the island braiser ( the big torches) on different islands, that way we could come back and get it if needed and also help out the server if people paid enough attention.

different colors mate and a skull
@blazedrake100 i think they also made getting the white flame easier to get for this event too. I was sailing around yesterday and we were going for all the flames and the first one we got besides skellys and sharks is the lightning death within 30-40 mins.
