Launch was a week ago. This stuff should have been sorted out day 1, especially when people have payed 60€ for a game what seem's to be having downtime for hours almost every day of the week. It really sucks.
Edit. This isn't a update, they are fixing stuff that should have been fixed by release. No new content 100% guaranteed.

I agree with you though, I'm not expecting any additions to be made to the game today :)
@lappe It's very frustrating for sure. But any game I've played in recent years (especially popular multiplayer ones) have been hit by all manner of issues on launch.
To be honest I'm impressed by Rares response and openness to the issues they've seen and the work they're doing to relieve them as soon as possible. Today is the third maintenance window since release, this one will hopefully include a patch to fix some of those issues. Compared to other releases, this one has been one of the better ones for me, in terms of response from the developer.

It's 9.38 am here in good old England. It's a bit drizzly but perfectly acceptable for my morning tea in the garden with a smoke.
Maintenance should end at 2pm. Just after my lunch.

Yeah. Roughly just over 4 hours time. But probably longer if the last maintenance is anything to go by.

It's a bigger patch than that, in fact, it's the whole game, again. How lucky you are, you get 2 SoT's for the price of one. Imagine the content! Double chickens. Double pigs. Double everything!
