I'm just curious if anyone has received theirs yet? How many are still waiting?
Yeah I ordered through the windows store, still no black dog code. Supposedly though they should have it all out by the end of the week.

Same - I also bought through the Xbox/Windows Store for PC
Pre-ordered on the Microsoft store 03/19/2018. Still have not received the black dog pack. The game is already getting stale for me and i'm extremely salty about not receiving my preorder bonus. I could have saved 60$, played for 2 weeks from the game pass, and quit. I will never buy a game from the Microsoft store again.
Ordered Game via MS Store for PC (don´t have an X-Box) on 10.03.2018 - got no Code and no Message via X-Box App ... also getting a little salty ... cause getting the peroderbonus 8 to 14 Days after launch leaves a stale after-taste.
But hey still playing and still loving it . HAving had the black dog pack day 1 would just have been the icing on the cake.

They keep moving the ETA of the preorder bonuses forward every 2 days or so, which is really pissening. First it was "on launch", then "in a couple of days", then "we stopped shipping the codes, you'll get yours early next week", and now it's "by the end of the week". BS.
EDIT: I'd be fine with the delay if I knew they were atleast checking the forums for feedback on how to improve the game (which is a far more important issue than missing cosmetics), but right now they've just buried their heads in the sand.
