As the title says. I bought some trousers. The game bugged out I couldnt equip any weapon. Now my character lost all it's cosmetics. No cool tattoos/scars/wreckles/ skin colour changed.
This sucks cause I made a good amount of progression and I really invested some time in the character creation.
Anyone else had ths happening?
Alright, atleast I am not alone so lets hope they fixed this soon and roll it back for us.
@fuse-aqm Nope no reply yet, I send a second ticket. You should do the same. It is still happening to players.
@hillswitch same, this happened to me a day ago and now my dude has nothing cool aswell. They need to add a parlor or put it with the vanity section cause this blows cannonballs...

I think they took all the tattoos away because they're gonna charge for them like clothes. Mine disappeared as well. I had the big back tattoo in the betas, but couldn't find one in the pirate generator. So, I picked one with chest and an arm tattoo. Now, they don't show on my guy at all... Think it's kinda c****y to take away what we already had.

But I somewhat get the idea that they're not fully aware this is a different bug than the lost item bug.
Honestly, this bug is scaring me from starting my journey to Legendary Pirate status. I'm the kind of person that spends hours looking for just the right pirate in the IPG, so, this would devastate me.
I've been waiting through these rough waters of launch and hoping things smooth out (that, plus not getting my pre-order reward).
I wouldn't be much of a pirate if I couldn't afford to give you all a week's head-start though... ;)
Anyway, that bug sucks and I hope there's a better resolution/solution for this.
Got an email stating my ticket was updated. I go to check and that ticket is gone from my list of tickets which is only 2, both about this one glitch. The first was the main one then the second, which asked for a response for the first one, got merged into the first one. The one that got merged is showing up but my main ticket is gone now.
Luckily they put a link to the original ticket in the merge so I could get back to it.
And finally actual reply!
Thanks, I saw it. Apparently my tickets dissapeared. I'm installing the patch now, seeing if it's resolved.
