I have lost what I bought in the Pirate Emporium

    Hello friends,

    I bought a cosmetic pack for my ship (the Crimson Crypt) in the Pirate Emporium, but some of the items are not showing up in the carpenter's chest so I can equip them.

    Has anyone else had this problem?

    Support has closed the ticket as solved and said they will keep checking internally, but I still don't have my cosmetic items. It's a bit frustrating and discourages me from making further purchases from the Pirate Emporium in the future.

    Same here. Not appearing in the shipwright chest, don't know where else I shoud look or if they have to be redeemed or something, but all my purchased ship cosmetics are missing.

    From my experience anything to do with purchases they resolve it very quickly.
