Ok so this is for everyone that doesn't understand because I have seen the sentence ”its impossible to get legendary hunter of the shrouded ghost, you need to defeat it 50 times.” Now I am here to tell you that you need to defeat it 5 times because every ”level” only needs 1 shrouded ghost
(for you new people, this is still very hard)
Legendary hunter of the shrouded ghost.
Everyone knows the Shrouded one is just a tale of old.
1 or 50 I have never even laid eyes on it, while sailing the seas for hours and hours on end, while I met someone that had the game a week with the title.
The whole aspect of the achievement is that it is not something that you can grind for and to be honest is just bad design. It should have never had an achievement if it is this Rare to encounter.
@scallywagmango Doesn't work that way either. Once we had 6 ships in alliance and after sailing together in open area we kept killing every meg. We got 50 in all megs and never saw the white one.

It is a good question...someone asked if anyone has that title and an answer was yes...there are two titles...the hunter of the shrouded and the legendary hunter of the shrouded...

About a week ago I was deep in fog and got the meg sound. I got so excited, when I saw it, the fog was so dense, I could not tell which one it was. Sadly, when I finally killed it, no title, it was just the hungering one... Ugh....

It has nothing to do with the fog...the shrouded can spawn anywhere
12 millions meter, all commendation unlocked, i organized every week-end one hunt meg (above 20 meg/ally =6-7 hours) and i have 650 meg killed and i doesn't found the Shrouded ...
But in my community i heard, 2 people have the title of the Legendary Hunter of the SG often in arena, do you see this guy, there gametag ? I'm curious ...
@m3tal-daz3 It can happen actually. A lot of people in a discord I used to be in have the Shrouded Ghost title just from hunting megs all day every day. What kills me is they flaunt it like they did all the hard work, when they manipulated the chances by having more people hunt for it. Also Alliances are pretty lame tbh.
@scallywagmango It didn't happen for me and we had that thing going for 48 hrs; yet you are saying other people got results so alliances are not so lame it seems.
@M3ta-Gamer People on these servers are getting these titles for little to no work/risk. They flaunt their Pvp titles like they actually worked for it (Legendary Thief Title). This is not a strictly Pve game bud. Servers like this are killing the community. The majority want PvPvE and are happy for a challenge. Clearly these servers want the game to play itself.
@nofears-fun No fog both times. First was near cannon cove. The second was near plunder outpost. Both times i was sailing with a pirate with less than 5 hours in the game. First was a the guy in the video who had just setup a pirate for his son who he was leveling up. And the other was some random kid who said he only just got the game.(created there pirates the same day). But from what i can tell its pure random chance.
@mini-grim-1984 Yeah, and that sucks for those of us that have sailed literally millions of meters since they were introduced. LOL. And because they originally hinted it was around fog, I sailed many game sessions in as much fog as possible, skipping out on other adventures. After a month or two it became obvious my luck was not strong enough, so I just went back to normal play. Still, you would think I would have seen it at least once in that time. LOL.
