I opened a ticket more than 10 days ago. I only got 1 answer, and that wasn't helpful.
I can't log into the game, when I choose my ship and go it throws the Coarsebeard error. Tried reinstalling, disabling antivirus and rebooting my pc. Still not working. I can't play.
I tried:
- Disabling VPNs
- Updating Windows
- Running a malware AND antivirus scan
- Disabling every antivirus and firewall
- Unticking then reticking "Set time zone automatically"
- Rebooting my PC
- Restarting IP Helper service
- Starting IP Helper service with regedit
- Port forwarding
- Signing into xbox (PC)
- Reinstalling the game
I opened 2 support tickets, 2 different support names but the same answer, they said "disable the vpn" and that's just a sign, they didn't read my support ticket. I'm very, very disappointed. At this point I just wasted my money, since the support won't help me, I'm asking you guys.
