Disappearing powder kegs

    Is it on purpose or a bug that powder kegs keep despawning if sitting unused for an hour or two?
    It’s been a couple months at least that it’s been happening.
    Stock up on them in case someone comes along or if needed for metal skeletons, but when I do want one, everything is gone.

    I always suspected lightning strikes were the cause of mine vanishing, but ever since the mast damage update, now i know this isn't the case..
    Your not alone.. Several times during a long session i too have noticed my crows nest empty when i had some there beforehand.

    Hummm... Now that you mentioned..
    This happened yesterday, I stocked my Crow's Nest with a lot of GP.
    Thankfully, we didn't use any, but after completing a Fort I climbed to stock more and it was all gone...

    I thought it might be due to a Storm we had been before, but we heard no explosion and the mast had no damage.. it was weird.
    The other day the same happened, all GP vanished...

    And I think I blamed the storms unfairly.

    I was playing yesterday and my canon balls vanished. There was no way someone could have boarded and taken over 100 by themselves and left me with none (0). Im wondering if there’s a glitch in the matrix where items are vanishing.

    I thought I was going crazy!!!!

    I’ve experienced this too! I swore I had a couple kegs in my crows nest but they never end up being there when I actually need to use them. It’s like they just despawned!
