I went to play SoT and it prompted an update... But constantly want's to reinstall the game ( via Microsoft Store)

I'm not sure why, but I was playing fine yesterday, even up to 6 hours ago, but when I went to play, it prompted an update, and then I noticed it was another 28 gigs, I keep getting an error that I don't have enough space, but I shouldn't have to reinstall the game, not sure what's happening as I'm new to the Microsoft Store, and how this process works, Is it an issue I'm using multiple hard drives?
