After watching the sea of thieves Shrouded spoils preview I saw that at the end there was a strange red box amongst the other treasure does anyone know what this is, How much this is and where to find it ?

That red box is the Box of Wonderous Secrets that is found randomly in the Devils Roar and was introduced as part of the Forsaken Shores update.
It was worth 25K during that event, I haven't heard of anyone finding this or cashing it in since the event was over.

That's not true, The Box of Wondrous Secrets is still in the game!
Devs already confirmed it was meant to stay in the game, Captain Morrow is still there and multiple players keep sharing on Reddit/Instagram their discovery these past few days.
I think @lt-swag-johnson can confirm that the Box is still there as he found one recently.

Indeed I did, but it was on the 25th of November, so that was before the Shrouded Spoils. Considering the fact that box is in the trailer, it should be still out there. I heard rumours that the Shrouded Ghost has a chance of dropping one after its defeat.

Find one 2 days ago on Fetcher Rest shore. I can confirm that's still in game.

@locomotive32 they are a myth. No one I know has ever found one or does really know somebody who found them. :)
