I've recently noticed that the shotgun that I saw a few days ago is not in the shop anymore, or that hull that I was gonna get isn't there. Can someone just explain to me:

Like are they on a rotation, do different items appear in different outpost shops? Please let me know!

@tinballoon24929 each region has its own cosmetics, u wont find the same stuff at Dagger Tooth Outpost that u will find at say Golden Sands Outpost and so on
@tinballoon24929 i think so🤔, dont quote me on that tho. Lol. I know u can get bilge rat stuff at both Galleons grave and Daggertooth but usually each outpost carries 2 “styles” so they may differ on their secondary options
Here is the list of stuff at each outpost. I am actually working on buying everything in the game.

Royal Sovereign/Sovereign/Imperial Sovereign/Majestic Sovereignif you buy everything you should have 17 items of everything, 19 when you become Pirate Legend and get the PL stuff and Athenas.
As of right now the Scurvy Bilge Rat cosmetic items are 2x the price as all other cosmetics. Im not sure if this is a bug or if this is intended.
