downloaded the game 19 days ago and haven't been able to play at all.. dont have comodo and have tried everything it seems.. beginning to lose faith in the game but i really want to play. if anybody has a fix or can point me in the right direction that would be great. the support team is basically like talking to a wall... thanks in advance

I ask this because if you are there is a really good chance that when you installed windows 10 you opted out or disabled a number of the options pertaining to Win 10 Apps.
The one that causes the most problems is called allow apps to run in the background. Its somewhere in that stupid settings app. There are some other settings that have to do with allowing apps to contact various hardware devices like mics and stuff you'll probably have to enable. Also inside the games section of the settings app there are more wonderful settings that could potentially cause problems. Lastly make sure the stupid broken xbox live app is installed, and all your windows 10 updates, especially .net framework and directx.
Though honestly its probably that background thing. It screwed me for days.
@mrbrocksego well tried the background apps and they're all on.. also everything has latest update.. still stumped. whats next? thanks for the help. is very appreciated
