I Got Shafted by Random Loading

    Twice in 2 hours I got shafted from loot, lost a quest, and as a result lost any potential gold & Rep. I have both instances on video too. Game all of a sudden decides to load me somewhere else and I lose all my progress. I'm not talking about a server swap either. It takes me out of the game and puts me back at the selection screen where I have to pick Galleon or Sloop.

    I had a ton of loot the 2nd time it happened. Captains Chest, golden item I found at the beach, seafarers chest, marauders chest, and a crate of tea....All gone in an instant.

    HAHA, PC (set up) or Xbox (type) ?

    So far i've had:

    Ship and crew teleported to random beach, all loot gone. No visible reason at all. Ship was fine. Crew were alive.

    Ship dissappears. No explanation.

    Teleporting off ship, either into water or a long distance below.

    Mermaid teleport taking over 2 minutes.

    Randomly kicked for inactivity despite actively playing the game. Dissallowed from rejoining the game because of instant kick for inactivity.

    I've lost at least 10 hauls of loot due to bugs / glitches. Probably more.

    @oneeyed-w1lliam - Oh Mate! That truly sucks! I had the honor of loosing a Chest of a Thousand Grogs in a similar way. It respawned me on my ship though, not a boot all the way to the beginning. Sorry for your losses, mate!

    hopefully this way rare can sort you out.

    Yeah, I noticed from a couple of other posts that it doesn't seem like an isolated incident.

    If it's PC, then i think you have AMD card, or play through VPN.

    It's more look's like connection error.

    i7 Dual core Intel 3.2 GHz processor
    Nvidia 4GB 1050ti graphics card.
    8 GB RAM
    No VPN.
