I'm just wondering what's the size of the game because in MS store says 19GB, but I downloaded 28GB already and it hasn't finished downloading. I'm starting to freak out, I have a really bad connection where I live and I've been downloading this thing since yesterday's morning! If the game is like 60GB I'm stopping the download right now, I can't go on with this.

I'll assume you're downloading on PC. The game was designed for the new Xbox one X and is a bigger download on and x vs. The normal Xbox one. This is due to the higher resolution graphics offered. The download can be bigger on pc if Microsoft detects that you meet the specs to run the game at higher resolutions.
However if your internet sucks this is not the game for you. It's online only and you risk losing lots of treasure from a d/c as well as crazy load times every time you die.
