Black Dog Pack code sent by XBL 'already redeemed'

    I received the code for the Black Dog Pack this morning and after trying to claim it I'm told that it has already been redeemed. What the hell? The pack is nowhere in-game and did not appear in my 'Ready to install' or 'manage game' sections.

    Help?

    I got the game on game pass and never got the black dog pack

    I redeemed it, but it wasn't added to my account. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

    @petr3l this happened to me as well, when I redeemed the code and logged on all of the clothing and Vanity were not there. Is there something we have to do or a place where we must claim it?

    Hi, I have the same problem here but with a code received by a gameshop website : "already redeemed".

    But it's the first time I have enter it.
