The MS Store is just a mess to work with. It took me a few minutes just to find the game's beta and figure out which version to install. Then when I play the game, in full screen... moving my mouse up and down brings up my taskbar or the MS overlay at the top.
MS Store also makes it a chore to find the install directory to do something simple... like attempt to find an INI to get rid of the framerate lock I seem to be experiencing.
The MS Store is just much harder to navigate than it needs to be. No one likes it. Every gamer I've ever talked to has and probably always will hate the MS store on PC. It is a terrible platform.
Please bring the game to steam instead, or just let me buy and install from the website instead. A simple browser page would be easier than MS store. And I wouldn't have to deal with the stupid overlay in the game that I don't know how to turn off.
Either way... there's a reason why Steam is so successful. Not only does it have a good library of games with sales, but the interface is simple and doesn't get in the way.
I don't even care whether or not the game is on steam... I just want to be able to play without having to hassle through the MS store which tries to tie up all the pirates in a bunch of nonsense.
Edit : Just a quick thought... if Anyone could tell me how to not have the overlay on, and have the taskbar come up when i move my mouse down, that would be wonderful. Anyone know how? I tried to find the option in the MS store and it wasn't there : (
