Parley in the chat wheel

While I love the idea of there being a parley flag system and hope they have it in the game at some point. We also need the chat wheel to have the word parley. Whether it is accessible at all times , which I think would be best, or it comes up when you are at certain things on the ship. For example, it could come up when you're in the crow's nest or at the wheel. It could come up at a different spot too. but like I said before I think it would be best for it to be accessible at all times. They only thing that would suck is they might have to take a phrase out. Unless they can add another one in but I'm not sure if that would be possible.
Idk just an idea.
