Gray screen loading forever [NO CRASH]

    Hi y'all.
    I've been strugling with that s*** for more than a day now.
    Whenever I start the game, I get the gray screen and the soundtrack of the game start playing in the back... but that's it. Nothing else happens.
    I've tried:
    -Reseting the computer
    -Reinstalling the game
    -Uninstalling/Installing the X-box rub
    -Updated my graphic cards driver
    -Checked the windows update
    -Finally, I even tried to give a total reset in my computer and reinstalling windows 10.

    Nothing worked. Same f*##*$ problem.
    Is there any good soul in the sea that can help me with that?

    I didn't solve it and honestly? I gave up.
    I've searched all the internet after a solution a couldn't find it.
    I thought I was the only one with that specific problem, but apparentely I'm not.
    The only clue that I had is that I've tried to minimize manually the screen and I got the game screen for like... 2 seconds... and then disappeared. Never happened again, though.
    When a friend invites me to his lobby and I accept, he can see me there. So, I'm logged at the game but I cannot see anything besides the gray screen.

    Did anyone ever solve this. Got this with the retail build - and I've tried ALL the suggested solutions. No luck. And Microsoft doesn't frickin' refund.
