Where are the sharks?

    I have a feeling they decreased the amount of sharks a lot in the current scale test. I really dont like this since now you can swim around forever and now sharks appear. Me and my mates had many crazy moments with swarms of sharks in the first beta we all enjoyed. What do you think about this change?

    Hang on now, we have zero confirmation that there are less sharks in game by design. All we know is that you noticed a decrease in their population from a minimal timeframe. Best to wait for others to chime in or official release notes.

    Probably because you have no weapons anymore, so naturally you cannot have any enemies either. Can't wait for 20 mars, so I can play farmville.

    I'm alright with the current amount of shark encounters. They stormed up on my crew and I everytime we didn't want them to which is good enough for me!

    Scale test; they are manipulating the game as we play. It is similar to the closed beta so there will be changes at times but overall don't judge as of yet!

    They greatly reduced the spawn rate because it was a bit obnoxious.

    @lucid-stew There were some points when it was a crazy number of sharks that came out of no where, but other times, it was funny and I enjoyed the chase
