Why aren't doubloons a Skull of Siren Song award?

So you be okie with people complaining on people stealing the items and never turning them in or hiding them in out of reach areas.
Wasting players time. Yeah it happen before during the early days :p

Would definitely revitalise a voyage that was sadly not incentivised after the initial commendations were completed.
Hopefully come in the future.

I would go for 50 doubloon reward as you cannot bury the skull to throw hunters off the trail and turn in is harder.

@burnbacon Every single piece of the siren song quest is marked on the map. You can't hide them.

I totally agree with this, would give people a reason to do Skull of Siren’s Song again and help make it popular again. Like you said also, the Skull cannot be buried anyway. And it’s already hard to miss.
