I redeemed my code for the Lustrous Legend Eye of Reach and I haven't received it yet. It shows up on my Xbox account and my Microsoft account as being redeemed but is not appearing on my game account. Does anyone else have this issue?

If you redeemed a Microsoft Code via the MS Store but play on a different Platform (Steam/PS etc) then you will likely need to log into the Xbox/MS version of the game for it to become available on other platforms.
If you redeemed the code AND play on MS/Xbox versions and it still doesn't show in-game, then submit a support ticket via Rare Player Support.
