Suggestion: Crew Vote Option for Friendly Fire

    Add a crew vote option to enable or disable friendly fire.

    This feature would be optional, allowing each crew to play the way they prefer.

    Why this would be great:
    • Adds more realism and team coordination
    • Brings extra challenge for experienced crews
    • Allows crews to have fun fighting each other during travel time, while sailing to their destination
    • Simply adds more fun and variety to the gameplay

    With a vote system and basic restrictions to prevent abuse, this could be a fun option that wouldn’t negatively impact other players’ experience.

    3 man crew. It only takes 2 to vote. So if the third doesn’t wanna, the other two vote and abuse it. Just to kill there team mate

    Or another problem. You turn it on so you can fight your crew for whatever reason. Combat between another crew and during the rush, forget to turn off and end up killing your team by mistake.

    Make it like scuttling so that the entire crew has to vote.

    Or another problem. You turn it on so you can fight your crew for whatever reason. Combat between another crew and during the rush, forget to turn off and end up killing your team by mistake.

    Don't see how this is a problem with the feature.

    @ishigami3659 definitely agree with the concept but it should be individual choice setting, not a vote. You turn on friendly fire, you can be hurt by your team mates. You turn it off and you can't. Making you vulnerable to your team mates when you don't want to be, just because they outvoted you is a recipe for disaster.

    No harm in this feature. Set it as a toggle in the option menu some where. People can opt and out as they choose. Perhaps a small symbol next to the gamer tag when opted in. Only viable to ones own crew.

    Obviously it will allow tdm-ers to fight among themselves, which is fine. But also quite useful for testing purposes.
