In the Season 16 content update video, at 2:35, you can see the Reaper's Bones Shovel has a notable glow effect on the rune, matching the ship set. However, on release, this was missing on all weapons and equipment, with now just dull patches of red enamel with no glowing effect. Oddly, on the icons for these items, the glow is there, meaning it was only removed before release.
Could we please get this added back? It makes them feel SO much more special and in line with the overall set. If it caused visual noise, the glow could be reduced to match the other runes that glow, like on the Legendary Cannons. It feels so dull to have these items, only for them to not match the whole set!
