Gun Powder Row Boats

    I would love to see Row Boats without Gun Powder Kegs. Being able to recover Loot and Supplies after being sunk by a Skellie Ship used to be great, now RARE has taken that away.

    The keg-less rowies will return next season. The gun powder ones are now everywhere because they got re-introduced this season.
