What rewards could be given to both factions in the Hourglass

Most likely it be rewards that you will need to do certain tasks. Similar to burning blade and skeleton curse.

New colors for the ghost curse would be great. Imagine if we had one color for each Flame of Fate; pink ghost curse would go hard.

I agree. I'm lvl 300 in Guardians and it's been disheartening to level after passing level 200. YES I can still unlock the 50 4 streaks cosmetics and obviously the golden ghost, but you really gotta have that dog in you to continuously queue to lvl 1000 with no ulterior incentives.

Okay, for the sleleton curse i would suggest

• completing x skeleton forts number will give you maybe skeleton lord skulls.
• sink a number of skeleton ship gives you the skeleton captain set
• sell x number of skulls gives you that same skull as a cosmetic, and completing them all, gives you another bone colour
• Completing the shores of gold gives you the gold hoarder skull and jacket
• completing the rogue gives you the briggsy one
• Doing the fort of the damned gives you the shadow skeleton bone colours
• doing the burning blade gives you flameheart crew inspired cosmetics

For guardians:

• pendragon's jacket and belt for example
• The blackwyche shipset
• Ghost curse colours every 50-100 levels
• Mmm maybe some ancient masks as cosmetics for completting veils with ghost curse on

I think adding additional curse colors every 100 levels after the level 200 would be dope. Figurehead is cool, but there is nothing level-wise unlocked through lvls 200-1000. For colors my crew mates and I already debated this and we think the colors used at the FoTD would fit and be relatively simple to implement. Right now it's easy to distinguish fresh skellies from the verdant bones warlords. Guardians is a gamble lol.

It seems for whatever reason new non-emporium costmetics are difficult to produce right now. If this is so, I'd suggest use a combination of a few new things and using the vast array of desirable vaulted cosmetics. Levels 200-1000 are pretty barren (guardians more so than servants), and unlocking a new item every 10-20 levels or so would make the experience much more enjoyable

Guardians

I see a recent thread about Fallen Sea Dog unreleased set. Make a full clothing/ship/weapons/equipment set out of it, and unlock each part at a certain level. The following on from that use some of the old arena items. The og Athena weapons are a no brainer, the set was recently expanded, then taken away from us. Add the lot into hourglass, then even people have the originals will still have something to work towards. Complete the other Arena ship sets (add wheels, cannons, clothing etc.. weapons and equipment is already in process) and spread them out also. For example Good Boy set a piece occassionally between 900-1000. I know some people would be against this, but as a compromise leave the TSD/GSD stuff and all titles locked away.

Servants

Lots more bone parts and colours. I'm not creative enought to come up with parts. For colours, maybe Bronze and Silver bones. Shadow Bones and the various Flames of Fate FotD colour bones would also be nice. I'm honestly quite surpised we haven't had an ancient skelly bones skin linked to an emporium sale yet. For ship sets maybe a sinsister re colour of the Arena sets (Unluck Rover, Bad Boy... people more creative that me can figure it out). There's also some old reaper coded sets. Flesh out the Wandering/Inevitable/Shipwreck Reaper to be full sets and add them in. I'm sure there's others

I know this idea would upset some people (and honestly, it's never going to happen), but resourses are apparently at a premium for the devs right now, so using stuff that already exists is a decent shortcut and saves some time. Hourglass is currently in a rough shape, I might be wrong, but I think high tier desirable rewards would improve the situation. If the cost of reinvigorating it and keeping it as a viable activity is some people being a being a upset that others have a chance to earn their favourite costmetic, then that's consquenece I can live with.
